Support

M.T.M.

Our associate company M.T.M. is one of the UK's leading machine tool support companies. They assist our associates MODIG, and Areva-intelligeNDT in the installation, commissioning and product support during and after warranty.

Located in Belfast the company was formed in response to the growing need for an independent specialist with the ability to provide a range of support services, consistent with the complex advanced multiaxis machines marketed by Aeromachinery.

Dedicated after sales service is provided during and after the original machine warranty has expired and the application engineers have completed their task. By linking the MTM product support and service to M-TECH UK spare parts are easily identified and sourced without undue delay.

MTM has a team of dedicated professionals with a wide range of skills - they can cater for single stand alone machines, complete cells or factories as well as full project management overseeing Turnkey projects.

Full project training is undertaken by the MTM engineers with Aeromachinery's and M-TECH's principals to ensure a professional service is provided. These services include: Installation expertise, After-sales warranty support, Spindle exchange, Breakdown response, Technical telephone support, Annual service contracts, Extended warranty contracts, Laser calibration and ball bar analysis, Health & Safety issues.
