XM Electric Truck Components

MODIG have announced a new automated machining line the XM that will enhance the capability of Modig's existing Horizontal High Velocity machining centres (HHV models).

The new XM line will have an increased capacity to enable customers to handle the component size of the Electric Vehicle Truck sector.

On 24th September 2020 David Modig, President of Modig Machine Tool Sweden announced a partnership agreement with ASAS, state of the art aluminium extrusion production in Turkey.

ASAS is the first customer to use Modig's next generation of extrusion machines for larger and heavier aluminium extrusions to produce components for the electric vehicle industry.
